1、自動(dòng)OTP燒錄檢查機(jī)通過(guò)視覺(jué)對(duì)位系統(tǒng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)模組產(chǎn)品FPC的自動(dòng)連接，自動(dòng)化實(shí)現(xiàn)模組產(chǎn)品的CTP、OTP。 2、主要包括上料及產(chǎn)品搬送單元、CTP單元、OTP單元，下料Unload單元。 1. Automatic OTP burning inspection machine is used for the auto connection of module products FPC and automatic CTP, OTP of module products by visual alignment system. 2. Mainly includes loading and product handling unit, CTP unit, OTP unit, unloading unit. The equipment is used for replacing the artificial CTP, OTP after LTPS MODULE assembly.
